Walking is often described as the perfect form of exercise it needs no specialist equipment or skills, is low impact and is free! Walking is great for the body and reduces the risk of many diseases.  It's also good for the mind, you can forget any worries, relax and, when walking with others, have a good chat along the way.   

Dalbeattie walks take place every Saturday. If you would like to join our walking group, we assemble at the phone box in Dalbeattie Town Hall Car Park to depart at 10am.  

Join us for a leisurely walk for up to an hour, then often pop into the Town Hall for the local coffee morning.  That's the way to do it!
